Books, Girls Camp, and Summer.
I have to read a whole bunch of books for my AP Literature class. I've read one so far and I hated it.
But I also finished reading The Help, which was fantastic!! I would definitely recommend it. I watched the movie the Help today, and the belief still remains true
The book is ALWAYS better than the Movie!
My "I actually want to read" list
Women of Faith in the Latter Days: Volume 1: 1775-1820
I've been very, very, very busy with helping with creating things for Girls Camp.
Here is some of my work
Key Chains, I made them by cutting out paper circles and used Mod Podge to glue on them on.
The girls get them for memorizing the camp scripture Proverbs 4:16, the front of the keychain has the scripture printed on it.
Strong Women trading cards, it includes women from the bible, book of Mormon and pioneer history. The back of the cards have a brief history on each woman.
Paper dolls for our Family Home lesson on Sisterhood & Unity
Paper Temples I made from sparkly card stock
Personal History journals (with encouraging words, I did not create the art on the front)
with encouraging words
And a quote on Family History
So as you can see I've been busy. And EXTREMELY glad it's summer.
And super excited that NEXT week is GIRLS CAMP!!!!!!!!!!!
